Why's no one posted here? Anyway, I had a membership on there a few months ago (4-5 years between my last), generally like the content, but one too many negatives stopped me from renewing (apologies if this sounds like a rant). - Slow loading video player - beyond annoying as i'm on a 200Mb line. - Scenes/live shows last about 20 minutes too long, probably speak for most of us who don't get the time to watch it live. - Poor image quality for the large image size available, they look too grainy/unnatural, like there's some wack filter applied to the pictures. - Poor video quality, particularly the newer 4K scenes. (note, see Dorcel or PerfectGonzo for how to do it right). The length of each scene on top of bad encoding make for a hilariously large video download, which is required due to the slow streaming. The time just adds up to be a frustration if anything, be interested to see what those new changes are though...

Hey Kellie - So I'm completely unfamiliar with Cherry Pimps. Why don't you tell us a little bit about the site, what niche(s) you're catering to, how often the site updates, and maybe address some of Karnivore's technical issues that he raised?
Hey Karnivore, so happy you used to be a member and hope we have you back soon. I think you will love our new changes we have coming. The slow issue is one we are aware of, we are moving to an all new member's area modeled after our sister network Pimp.xxx which has faster loading time, players, and on CDN. Also the whole interface will change so it's a lot more user friendly plus you can easily move throughout the videos with ease and see image previews as you scrub through it. Yes our live shows are an hour long, which can for sure be too long if you have to download later and then wait through the big video size etc. But the soon the faster members area would make it easier to just skip to the parts you want to see! For the image quality we have several producers on our site, we have our studio guys, a different producer for some location scenes and then our Cherry of the Month content which is produced by Dean Capture which is more glam style, are you referring to that one? Thanks Kellie Re the image sets, it's one area I think alot of these big production sites are lacking in, some offer huge image sizes but the detail in the picture is missing. 21Sextury are the worst culprits, they offer enormous image sizes (excessively big even) but the quality of their image have degraded big time, airbrushed to shit. With Cherrypimps sets I found most of them just didn't look natural, for example one of Lily LaBeau's scenes from last year (in fishnets), possibly due to the lightening in the room? Seemed like any imperfections on the performers were airbrushed out. The older sets like the Capri Cavanni live scene from the end of 2012/2013 was so grainy/out of focus I stopped going back further than that. I made an effort to find one which didn't look so bad before my membership ended and found a Kimberly Gates one from 2016. That looked perfectly acceptable and it's one of the few sets I decided to keep. To other posters - please note these are only my personal observations, Cherrypimps have been around for a long time and they have a truck load of content (more than you'll likely ever be able to wade through). It's certainly worth checking out to see if it pickles your fancy, you'll probably find i'm just a bit more fussy than the average person too.

It might've been the lighting in the room for Lily LaBeau's scene, I do photoshop some slight imperfections on the pics but I don't go too crazy especially since you can see everything on video so its silly to take everything out in the pics IMO. I've only been with Cherry Pimps since 2016 so can't speak about anything before that, but they did have several photographers/editors before then. I started taking over the picture editing mid 2016. Thank you so much for your feedback and I'll for sure take that under consideration when I do future edits and I'll be sure to post in here when we switch the Members Area so hoping we can see you back at that time and would love your thoughts!
As a former CherryPimps member myself, the disappointing 4K video quality is the sole reason for why I have never renewed my membership. I was really hopeful when I learnt of the site offering 4K video downloads, especially with an impressive bit-rate of around 30,000kbps! However, regardless of the bit-rate quality, it seems that something is very wrong about the 4K video quality here, where it barely passes as 4K. The picture is quite grainy, blurry and no where near as crisp as 4K should be. Many of the examples from other studios even have slightly lower bit-rates, yet still produce a superior 4K video quality. I'm no expert, but I imagine CherryPimps should be looking to improve either their 4K cameras or encoding of scenes in future. With the decent bit-rate CherryPimps have initially used, I imagine that you are keen to produce an impressive standard of 4K, but this is not being offered so far. In addition, this poor 4K quality is going to effect your back catalogue of 4K scenes that you have produced so far. Hopefully you will act on improving the 4K video quality immediately and let us know of any changes here. I'd certainly consider becoming a member again if the 4K video is of similar standards to the studios I have used as an example above.

I talked to our studio team and we do indeed use a 4k camera/source with 4k output, and looking at your examples a big difference I see it lighting (a lot of those seem more natural and brighter) and I'm going to see how we can improve that a bit at the studio. One major thing with out live shows for example, we can't really beam the talent down with too much lighting because they do need to be able to read the screens in front of them for the chat. But going to see how we can approve this a bit. We will also see what we can do as far as encoding goes as well, the hour long shows are huge already file size as is, but maybe we can tweak more. Normal scenes however, we have a lot more room to wiggle in. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Sorry missed this before! We do have a lot of existing Anal on our site (soon you'll be able to see everything we have on the tour under that tag) but just to give you an idea we currently have 286 Anal related scenes ranging from BG, Lesbian, and Solo. But if you're referring to the new Hardcore scenes we started shooting separate from our Cherry of the Month and Live Show scenes, yes I don't see why not :) We just started shooting those, but I'm sure we will do anal as well.

Former member here. I joined for the live shows mainly. Why are ALL of the current live shows condom-only? I refuse to watch any porn with condoms, even if it features one of my favorite ladies. All the live shows are condom-only because our studio where we do the Live Shows are fully permitted and compliant of Measure B and OSHA. However, our location shoots are condom free! I was a member for over 2 years, and even though I joined for the solo live shows, I stayed even after the switch to B/G. I found the forums and site runners were very open to feedback and listened to requests e.g continuing to give us a few minutes of solo action at the start and end of live shows Then a particular male talent ruined it for me and I decided not to renew. One guy who appears very frequently. I won't name him, you will either know who he is from the description, or you haven't noticed, but he is far too convinced he is the star of the show and not the girls. Very limelight hogging - particularly I don't want a dude standing there with a semi telling me to follow his twitter and talking like the female star was his guest after he's blown his load and the female talent is trying to give JOE to get the viewers to cum for her. That's a massive turn off for someone who isn't watching porn for the men. Luckily, he is used slightly less these days, but still too often. The producers clearly don't see it as an issue or I'm sure they would have told him off camera to get gtfo. I guess other members don't have an issue with it. Maybe I'm easily distracted. :D

So will play around with lighting a bit to brighten it up!

Yep, he was very smooth though... ;) Got to say i'm extremely disappointed with the quality on the site now. Is there any particular reason why there are three different 1080 versions for each scene? Completely unnecessary. The 4K videos still looks like it's upscaled HD. Picture quality remains the same too, completely unnatural like there's been all kinds of post-processing done. I don't know what camera the guys are using but the pics/vids genuinely look like they've been recorded on a modern day smart phone post 2016, it's not good enough at all. I did a side by side comparison of the smallest 1080 vid and 4K vid in PotPlayer and the difference is very marginal. Turning MadVR on actually clears up the slight blurryness of the 1080 vid and looks equal if not better! Seems like a number of the sites who were kings of the HD era have just become lazy, sites like Brazzers, 21Sextury and now Cherrypimps are lagging behind the smaller sites who've nailed ultra HD. Quantity over quality for them, needs to be the other way around.
This is very disappointing. There looks to be some great scenes on the site lately, but if the 4K video quality is still this bad, then just forget it Cherry Pimps. As was mentioned in the last response from Cherry Pimps, lighting is a key aspect, but this can't just be lighting alone that is causing you to produce such blurry 4K quality. I'm begging you guys to take my money, but until the 4K is drastically improved, I won't be wasting my money.

Several months on since I orignally posted here and there's been zero effort to improve anything on that site, with the exception of the streaming. Now you don't have to get a cup of tea whilst a scene buffers. They still (rather pointlessly) offer several different formats of each vid from the standard SD versions, right through to a bizarre selection of 1080 @ 10mbps, 1080 @ 15mbs and 1080 @ 20mbps.... fuck all noticable difference between them, and the 4K videos are still awful at laughable video sizes. The image sets are as bad as they've ever been too, over processed BS. I got a new 4K monitor recently and you can see what looks like a 'screen door' effect like you'd get on a VR headset, it's like every single image was softened to shit then had film grain added to make them look more presentable. Completely unnatural. Used to be phenomenal four or five years ago, gone swiftly downhill, won't be re-joining them anytime soon I can safely say that.

I don't know if anyone over there is still monitoring this thread. Kellie may not even work there anymore. But one thing that kind of sticks out to me is that most of the male talent they have in rotation are the smaller to medium sized guys. You can see this just flipping through the last few months of content. For some fans, that doesn't really matter and that's cool, but there's a reason the top guys in the business are booked solid.
