Not really relevant, but it had something to do with safety for the car driver/other drivers/ and investigating and identifying young pimps in sports cars that were too expensive for their financial incomes.Anyways, you get a fine AND immediately got to peel of the foil on the spot otherwise the car may get confiscated until it can professionally be removed at the police station or a garage. I think the crew would have a MAJOR problem in that case, with a tied up naked chick with a ball gag in her mouth and all cuffed up, LOL. In my opinion, they just drove with untinted glass and rather took the risk (hence why the dude looked semi- afraid during the scene and constantly being on the look out) that somebody would look in the car and call the police or something like that. Dutch people tend to keep to themselves and dont care much about other peoples business. Anyhow, they probably began the shoot at the very nearby parking garage of a big warehouse called "bijkorf", gagged the girl, dress her up, and drove onto the damrack. From the parking garage to a less busy part of the street normally will take no more than 1 or 2 minutes at the top/max. At the end of the that street, you only have one stoplight to think about..... Certainly at the time of production, the risk to get busted for tinted glass was higher. I can tell you a lot more about, the same legislation about Germany, Italy, and Russia and Hungary, but thats too much info for this specific case. I'll edit this message next week or so; I don't want to make Christoph and other (Euro) producers afraid so they maybe wont take any calculated risks anymore and rob us from potentially kick-ass scenes! - Just wanted to give you some more background info.
