Was wondering how Bangbus really works? Are the guys just new talent being passed off as 'random' dudes or are they really amateurs who have submitted a clean test etc? I have only seen the trailers...

I can't watch a LOT of IR scenes for just that reason. I get sick of hearing the guys ask "how do you like that black dick" and other nonsense babbling that goes on in most IR scenes as well. It just keeps perpetuating the loud obnoxious black stereotype, they're not doing themselves any favors. At the opposite end of the spectrum Cumbang is just as bad.
