Specifically the model on Best Buy's site offered as "Chromecast with Google TV - 4K", model "GA01919-US". I have never owned a Chromecast device but I recently ordered one and have yet to receive it. My understanding regarding this latest generation is that you no longer need to "cast" from a separate device (cell phone, computer, etc.). Now that it has its own user interface and remote control, casting to the device is no longer necessary. That said, do you know if the EvilAngel.com streaming app can be downloaded or sideloaded onto the Chromecast device? If so, can you please tell me how to do it? Thanks!  [Link] |
