What about a movie where an uncircumcised guy has the procedure done. But, while he's healing, his wife needs to be attended to. So, she messes around on the side. But, naturally hubby wants to watch. The stimulation, of course, presents problems for hubby. The contrasting combination of pleasure and pain might be quite interesting.

Typically, this procedure is done only when a man has yet to be circumcised. If you can think of any other reason that a man might want to be circumcised a second time, please feel free to tell us all.

I don't understand what you mean.

In the context of the movie you're suggesting, why would an uncircumcized man want to remove his foreskin in the first place?

There are medical reasons, like a condition where the foreskin gets too tight and you can't take the glans out anymore.

Another good reason is prevention of std transmission. Such as the hiv.

My father tells a tale of the country doctor who circumsized my younger brother, 6 yrs my junior. When all was said and done the Doc asked my Mom and Pop if they had any plans for the foreskin. They replied "no" as I'm sure most parents would, and the Doc smiled, pulled a pill bottle out of his pocket and popped the foreskin in. "Well great, because it makes the best catfish bait".

I can see the plot being used but to actually have the cirucucision in the movie would be really tricky and not wise. For a porno to be stimulating mentally and still keep the physical its best not to show the viewer (typically male) a cock's foreskin bein hacked off.
