trying to remember the name of an old 70s movie, its a about a niece who must perform a number of initiations going from a shy virgin into a hardcore lady before she can inherit her dead uncles estate or something like that, cant really remember who stars in it, just remember seeing a preview for it

^ Yes, I had the same thought as John. The plot described is the same as Soft Places but it involved the death of Annette Haven's husband. He had been disappointed in her sexual rigidity in life so made it a condition of her inheriting his estate that she experience a full range of sexual adventures. She was hardly a virgin (after all, had been married for a long time), but was appalled at what she had to do to get the money. Not surprisingly, she sucked it up and met the requirements of the will (to the delight of the attorney handling the estate).
Worth seeing.

This is also the plot of "The Pleasure Hunt" with Ginger Lynn, though that dates from 1984 or so.

Also sounds a little like Chuck Vincent's Bad Penny, but she doesn't start off as a virgin and I believe she has a scheming stepmother or something as well.
