well... to start with a suggestion about future Babe of the week series... what about Favorite Babe of the Week? every longtime member can make a suggestion to you and you decide if its worth to post or not.

I wouldn't pull the plug on either series, the Euro Babe or American Babe.

For many, the Euro Babe is still a 'new' person that they may have not seen before.

The emphasis might be slightly different as nietzsche has suggest, where it may be someone that didn't really do that many movies but still left some pleasant memories. It also seems that many times the American Babe has been something of a Blast from the Past already, and that's fine.

BTW, I still suck at the Mystery Babe.

In my view, Eurobabeindex is more a repository of informations already available on the Net but scattered in every place. Moreover, I believe most of the passed Eurobabes of Week will end into it. It is also centered on Eastern European babes and has a "multimedia" aspect in it, listing magazines appearances and websites.

Obviously, these indexes provide only raw data while your posts always entertain us with short biographies and interesting discussions always follow like retrieving various aliases, listing unknown videos, describing hair color, etc..

I think the reservoir is still large enough to provide Babes of the Week for many years. I am particularly interested in babes whose I know only the first name, usually a common one (like Monika, Angel, ...) and who are always confused with their homonyms.

Please keep these performer spotlights coming as often as you have the inclination, Walter -- whatever you'd like to call them and however you'd like to select them. Shrines and monuments to talent, passion, and beauty (not to mention hot, smutty pictures) are always welcome, in my book.

Post as you see fit. Don't feel you 'have' to do anything; else, it might cease being fun. And, as fun as your posts are (BTW, where are the quotes?), I'd hate to have you quit because of burnout.

I read most of your Babe/Male of the Week posts even though I don't post on the female threads. (What am I gonna say? 'Great guy she's banging there!!!')

My two all-time favorites are still Hakan Serb (whose website has disappeared! ) and Karl Ben!

Some one of these days, I'm gonna live dangerously and send some of these hunks some serious fan mail. I wonder what they'd think of a formal, engraved invitation to join my harem?

It seems that many of the reactions focused on the part of me wanting "to pull the plug" on the series. That was not my main concern, however. If I gave the impression that I wanted to stop posting weekly babes alltogether, you can just blame it on my poor English. I very much want to continue to post weekly babes. I was only thinking out loud if it maybe wasn't time to rethink the formula of both series with the rise of both the EGAFD and the Eurobabeindex. Furthermore, I don't like the Europe vs America dichotomy at all. I strongly believe that the discussion of who is hotter, better looking, nastier, ... is in many ways a false and unproductive discussion.

For now, I will continue to post the Euro Babe and American Babe series as before. I will do this because of three reasons:

1) Most posters in this thread seem partial to the old formula.
2) I don't have a decent alternative formula ready yet. The "Blast from the Past" and "Up and Cummers" series isn' really a good alternative. It will probably work out all right for the "Blast from the Past" series, although I doubt that the ever younger demographic of ADT-talkers is interested much in "porn history". However, the biggest problem would be the "Up and Cummers" series. With my database being behind more than a year now, I can hardly give any information on new babes at all.
3) It would be a pity to interupt the ongoing series. Look at the compendiums: there are 39 Euro and American Babes of the Week already. Add to this 32 Mystery Babes and 30 Male Performers of the Week.

Finally, I am toying with the idea of adding 1 weekly babe. The idea hit me when Frigo mentioned his idea of a "Favorite Babe of the Week". There is one category of babes that is not being covered at the moment: the well-known stars. They probably don't need their own weekly series, focused on (re)introducing them. But maybe the focus of a "Star of the Week" series may be different. I will not post as much information, just a picture and a list of titles I have seen her in. Then you guys and gals can pick your own favorite moment/video of her. To make this interesting, I will let the winner of each Mystery Babe pick his "favorite star of the week".
Let me know what you think about this idea. It might be the only way to get a Silvia Saint or a Sophie Evans or a Tera Patrick or a Tricia Deveraux or ... on the boards as a Babe/Star of the Week.
