i have had good experiences with all vendors except one recently....dvd mirage. i placed an order on 10/25/01, they billed me on 10/26/01 and i have yet to get my order. what's more, they do not answer my email.


has anybody else had similar experiences?

It really is unfortunate this crap has happened to you kp, but thanx for the head's up about this company! I do know how you feel as this has also happened to me too a few times over the years, but one learns from these bad experiences and the thing is to never do business with the company in question ever again, period. But as to truly wonderful adult mail-order companies that really deliver the goods I suggest the following: Five Star DVD, Adult DVD Empire and XRentDVD to name a few. Next time, give one of these a shot - I'm sure you'll be very satisfied with their products and service as well. Anyway, welcome to the forum and feel free to post anything you want related to the porn world here!

I had a similar experience at about that time, and e-mailed back about 2 weeks later. but they did answer my e-mail, saying that the order must have been "lost in the mail" or something like that, and then promised to re-send the entire order. I was a bit skeptical (and hadn't seen your post), but the order did arrive earlier last week as promised, a month after my order but complete. If you haven't heard back from them and ordered by credit card, you should be able to cancel the order.

perhaps their name was a tip-off ...

well, i finally got my order late last week. the sent me the wrong title on one and substituted 3 lousy samurai titles for an asian title i ordered because it was out of stock. i won't be ordering from them again.

Yes, sure, I have the same problem but not with DVDmirage, waiting for the update status of my order.
Shipped or still in process ??
The email reply is too slow, I'm at GMT +7,
I mail them when they are sleeping. .

Thank you for store like ADEmpire which have "online
order tracking". So we could track the order status by
my self not just wait them sending mail tell your order
has been shipped. .

I wish someday all stores have "online order tracking"
feature which will make all easy.
