most girls have diffrent routines that work for them. I stop eating about 16 hours before, then do a half a fleet enema the night before, then I get up 2 hours before i need to start make up and do the other half of the fleet and have a cup of coffee. then I rinse with water until it runs clear (usually 10-20times), then I stick a buttplug in and yank it out really fast to get any water out. then I stick the buttplug back in and leave it in for as long as possible until the shoot.
some actresses use imodium, some use x lax, I had really shitty luck with x lax. I know a few girls who use herbal tea also.

I usually get up one hour earlier to clean my ass. I always do my enema before I get to the set. I do eat the night before but I don't have anything before the scene starts the same day. I never use the solution in those "ready to use" enemas that you get at the parmacy - I just use water. A couple of weeks ago Jayna Oso bought a steel enema for me that you have to attach to the shower: works pretty good for me ;-)
Cyber chicken-water gets stuck in there and when the suction from the fucking starts it can spray out, its really really icky when that happens!it may be the fleet solution

the bottle you showed in the Wahreliebe-report and some of those enema devices I have seen in sex-shops only have holes on top of it. Aren't the results far better when there are holes on the sides as well? Is there any popular brand for such devices?Do you need to apply lube for that or is water enough?
Hi Kami, isn't it hard to do a scene without having eaten the night before? Where do you get the energy to "work" a whole day if you haven't eaten anything for up to 24 hours.

What is the reaction when that happens during filming. Does the shoot have to stop while you go for another flush? Do directors give a girl a bad time about this if it happens?
It seems unreasonable to me that people should always expect a girl to be entirely clean inside her rectum. It is the intestine after all, and when you get right down to it, it's only used hamburger in there. I can understand if you are doing ATM you don't want to see it, but most bacteria in the intestine will still be there after an enema.
