I'm about to try renting Adult DVDs for the first time. In checking out IAFD for a few titles I noticed that there are several sites out there that rent. Any of you renters out there have one to recommend? (if you work for the website you're not allowed to play)
I'm looking for selection and delivery capabilities (Because I live in an apartment with a shitty-ass small mailbox, I'll have be home when the package arrives. So the key for me will be timing. The package can be delivered to the management office but the ol' rental clock will be ticking)
I just checked out X-Rentdvd and it looked pretty good. The problem is that they only ship by USPS. God knows when the damn thing will arrive!
Anything better out there?

Dude, XRentDVD rocks!!

I have nothing but praise for there service. I have ordered DVD's late in the day and had them arrive the very next day.

There ordering system and customer service is top notch too. Don't worry about it not arriving in time, they have a policy that states if it doesn't arrive to allow a full weeks viewing, you can email them and they will adjust the return date.

Yeah, what he said. Plus, XRentDVD has rent-to-own so if you like a title you can keep it and pay the difference.

Besides what these guys already said, XRent has a good selection and fairly good prices. The purchase prices often come down with various sales. They aren't the single cheapest site out there, but still they get most of my business because there is no bullshit, none, on their site. This is a rare thing. You don't need to pay a membership fee, you don't need to wade through pages of ads and gimmicks, they accurately list availability, they add new titles every work day, they send a confirmatory e-mail when you place an order, and another when it has been shipped, they ship same day if you order by 4:30 Pacific time, and they answer your e-mails if you have a question or problem. I've yet to find another site that does all these things, never mind does them so well.

Thanks Dudes! I guess I'm sold on X-rent. I suppose one doesn't expect the kind of service you describe in this world today. Even though the weather is for crap here around Chicago I'd better get out this weekend. I'm gonna be housebound next weekend!

I used to subscribe to one of those flat rate all you can rent per month (like Netflix). Apparently delivery time is really slow, to slow where I think that they might be holding disks for a few extra days. The end result, I wasn't getting all the disks per month that I should have gotten. Also for the most part the all you can rent places don't have the selection and they hardly bring any new stuff. And most of the disks are cheapo compilations, no Evil Angel, Anabolic, etc. And boy are they out of everything all the time.

I've since used XrentDVD and have found that I can get disks in 3 days to the east coast! And customer service... emails are answered in hours, not days. Definitely not the cheapest service, but overall the best.

FYI: I've asked if they will ever go to an all you can rent. The reply I got was "stay tuned." I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I travel a lot for work. The main branch is in Ohio. My territory though is Vegas & Arizona. Hence a lot of hotel stays. If you're ever in Ohio you know there isn't any anything to do. Just me and my portable DVD player. One reason why ship time is important (and offering Overnight Express mail). I guess I consider Ohio east coast? Maybe not eastern seaboard?
