I've heard about various vitamins, minerals, herbs, teas, whatever that increase sex drive. I know Yohimbe is one product that seems popular. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what works and what is snake oil? I take quite awhile to recover after I cum and sometimes have a hard time keeping it up or at least keeping at at its max. Like a lot of times while im hard and I'm able to fuck I'm not FULLY erect. In addition I'm often tired being that I get up early in the morning and my girlfriend works late, so often it is real late when we finally get around to fucking. Suggestions. And I'm not really interested in Viagra cause im only 25.

Well, when I know I'm going to get some. I'll sometimes pop a 50mg zinc tablet down the hatch. It makes for harder hard-ons. Plus it's good for your immune system.

Foods or supplements rich in zinc (oysters, for example), foods rich in vitamins, minerals & fiber (esp: raw, brightly colored veggies), fresh fruits & nuts (esp: apples, peaches, pears), moderate (stress the moderate) amounts of high-quality protein (chicken and to a lesser extent pork and red meats), and, finally, salt-water fish (fish oils).

Lower quantities of caffeine (incl soft drinks) and alcohol.

In other words, a good balanced diet.

Plus plenty of quality rest.

That protein factor might be my problem Satyr. I've stopped eating all meat (except for seafood), about 6 months ago. I've been in this current relationship for about 4 months now and for the first time in my life I'm having a hard time staying really hard. And my recover time after i cum takes forever. Usually I can only cum once a nite. I never had this problem before and its not that I'm not attracted to this girl. I think maybe it could be the lack of protein. I haven't been as aggressive in general since i stopped eating meat. I'm thinking maybe it lowered my testosterone or something. Thanks for the advice.

I understand the logic of being a vegetarian but it isn't really what nature intended. It is relatively easy to leave out red meats and still get enough proteins from chicken, etc. but leaving out all meat makes getting enough protein rather difficult. You need to be especially careful to make sure that your diet includes enough alternate sources of protein to keep your body healthy.
