A couple of the scenes are kind of hallucinogenic ,( like, you have to be on acid to get what's REALLY goin' on. lol. Blurring reality a little, but it's not like some ambitious feature type thing, like "Celebusluts" or something.) Paris Gables, (formerly known as Heather Gables) was really game for what turned out to be a pretty rough shoot, and I love her for it. She had to cancel a couple of days shoots after...bruises and stuff, but she was/is awesome! Don't worry, I gave her extra $! I had actually tried to shoot this theme with another girl, a couple of weeks earlier and she caved completely, had to pull the plug on the scene. The other girl is a really big star but when push came to shove she just didn't have it in her. Some girls think just because they have a big fat ass that they can sleepwalk through their scenes, and that works with some directors, but when I'm paying a girl premium $ and she's rolling her eyes and complaining the whole time and acting like trying to make the scene special is a total waste of her time.....homie don't play dat' shit, ya know what I mean? As it turned out Heather/Paris was way better anyway. She should get a medal for bravery. And I love getting to work with Brandon. He's scary good in scenes like this. In a class by himself. The Bobbi, Annie scene was inspired by a picture from a magazine that I liked and tore the page out and carried that page around with me for about five years, and finally got to try do my version of the idea. Those two, and Manuel, were off the charts that day and I really like that scene. The management at Evil were probably right in telling me that a lot of vendors, not to mention Canada and Australia, won't take it , that's why I'll be glad when the day comes that we don't have to deal with distributors and can sell our movies directly to the fans via the internet. This scene doesn't work for me as jerk off material but it is 'interesting' to watch and is well acted for modern porn. There is some violence at the end with a gun that doesn't even try to look realistic but maybe that is for the best. Leah Jaye and Manuel Ferrara turn in the best 'coventional' sex scene and I like the crazy wrestler mask that Annie Cruz has been sporting in the last couple of Malone flicks. I would like to see Jake tackle a feature, I think he'd produce something really worthwhile, and Evil Angel seems into that recently with the new Leslie and Slayer features coming out. This is part of why I rarely do scenario/vignette type scenes. Most porn watchers just skip over the clues/details/nuances and just reduce it to " rape porn, like Forced Entry". I don't think this is ANYTHING like "Forced Entry". I remember re-enacting a sex version of the russian roulette scene from "Deer Hunter"("Prop Department! Send over the dildo pistol!") with Max Makita and Aubrey Addams in a movie a couple of years ago, that I thought was SO cool, and then when I'd talk to people who had seen/liked the movie, I'd say, "Did you like the "Deer Hunter" thing?" , and no one knew what I meant! I've come to believe that porn works best if it appeals to the primal/visceral/visual side of the brain, and the intellect is left completely out of it. But that's just me.
