The only pair that I know of now that really looks good are Katja Kassin's. This is true because her breasts were hemispherical to start off with, just smaller. That's pretty rare I think. No natural breast has a hard margin all the way around. No real breast looks that way. Breasts begin flat at the superior chest muscle then start to swell until their full size and shape is developed. As a consequence I think that tear drop shaped implants are the best choice. Their disadvantage is that they can take up to a year to "settle in" and look natural. Some women need breast reconstruction. I understand that Jada Fire's breasts prior to her implant were extremely large, flat, and ugly. So she had implants placed inside the remaining sack.
