This is getting really old and like its not creating a safe environment for performers when they have to deal with this constantly on set. Emma have every reason to upset because its simple as if she didnt give him consent he shouldnt be doing this. From what I know Emma isnt the only one who experienced this by that director. So he can try to talk his way out of this but he didnt act professional and he is getting exposed. Stuff like this shouldnt continue to happen and it makes me upset every single time I hear of such thing taking place.

First and foremost, I am truly sorry to hear that Emma has had to deal with this and I hope she gets some semblance of justice. Frankly, I'm angry to hear more and more cases of sexual assault and rape in the industry where consent is non-negotiable. I want to make that clear before anyone retorts implying that I am making the next criticism like it is about me.

This industry has enough troubles with piracy and narrow minded conservatives who think women should not be allowed to express or profit from their sexuality. It really doesn't need this self-destructive behaviour from creepy idiots whose behaviour is used as the benchmark that anti-porn activists will measure everybody in the industry by.

He has now apologized after hours of stubbornly doubling down and pretending not to be in the wrong. This surely amd hopefully leaves the seedy little tosser absolutely wide open to legal action.

I first read about this earlier today at AVN. While I have extensive personal experience in collecting and watching porn I rarely think about the industry itself. In the AVN story Emma Hix talks about how this was a softcore shoot and the guy who did this wasn't on her 'call' list. I assume that's a list that many stars have of who they will work with.

I have to say that while I wasn't surprised at this it certainly indicates how professional some parts of the business can be and how professional many of the models are. Emma Hix included. The fantasy of a porn set being a free-for-all may be just that, but I like hearing that many porn sets and porn stars treat this like a business. I certainly get that sense from many of the stars who post here at ADT. It isn't that I didn't think that many parts of the business are run like that - a business - it's just that I really didn't think about it at all. I'm actually glad to know this now.

This incident really shows how professional some parts of the business can be. It was a softcore shoot and the male dressed as a Leprechaun (the Irish in me doesn't appreciate that.) wasn't supposed to make physical contact with the models but he did - and without their consent.

I really hope that the industry can continue to move in the direction of being more professional. I hope that as women gain more momentum to stop this crap that the rest of our culture can accept the sex-positive message that these stars and these scenes can bring.

I know this is just shooting myself in the foot and opening myself up to attack, but when I read of the complaint, that the male (Jimmy Lifestyles) was only supposed to have his face close to Emma Hix's ass and not lick it, my first thought was a line from the Lord's Prayer: "Lead us not into temptation." As tempting as it must have been, Jimmy Lifestyles didn't meet the high standards set by his co-stars, Emma and Emma. Shame on him.

Just so you know, the shoot in and of itself was actually a hardcore shoot, it's just that the section that Jimmy was involved in was supposed to be softcore. The call sheet is, more or less, what tells her what she's supposed to be doing that day (who she's having sex with and what acts are involved, primarily). Jimmy was supposed to do a softcore portion of the shoot as part of the intro before the hardcore portion, but he just decided on his own that he would make that portion not softcore without asking any of the actresses first.

This guy's defence is looking weaker and weaker by the minute. What planet was he on where he thought that behaviour was acceptable? It's getting harder and harder for him to pass it off as a moment of madness when more and more performers rip him to shreds.

If he'd had the self awareness to apologize immediately and take the incident as a wake up call, he might have spared himself. Instead he let it get this far and then tried branding Emma a liar and attention seeker and released 'proof of innocence' that was actually proof of guilt.

Thanks for sharing that. I didn't know this and it strengthens my opinion that at least some of the porn business and some of the people in it are true professionals. I envisioned most of the business being shady, and I suspect a lot of it still is. Take Lily Adams' allegations as an example. I recall reading Ashley Blue's book where she talks about some of her experiences. She didn't have a lot of positive things to say about Khan Tusion, for example, but then a lot of stars don't have much good to say about him. But, on the other hand, someone who looks a bit creepy like Skeeter Kerkove she described as being great to work for and with as he was a real professional.

Don't know who to believe here! On one hand she's making false claims, wouldn't be the first time someone did that. On the other hand, the guy did it. I'm confused, do any of these types of allegations actually accomplish anything?

False claims about what? Everything that she claimed has been confessed amd apologized for by the man accused. Jeez, I wouldn't want you to be a detective.

As far as the professionalism vs shadiness in the porn industry - I'm not sure it's different than any other industry except for the naked vulnerability aspect.

Excuse me, "could" be making false claims. I was making a reference (without actually referencing it) to another thread here where the girl makes a claim and everyone hangs the guy out to dry, then it turns out, none of what she says was really accurate.

So, to clarify I'm confused about who to believe because, OOH, she could be making it up, and OTOH, the guy could have done it. And; to reiterate, do allegations like this actually accomplish anything?

Yes, they actually do. Jackie St. James is working on something.

I'll try and explain this as clearly as possible as you are either genuinely dense or being wilfully ignorant.

How 'could' she be making false claims when the man she is accusing has apologised for it? There is no OTOH here. This is like one of those detective shows where they tell you the killer straight away, and you still haven't worked it out.
