Really glad this turned out to be a hoax. Unfortunately, there's segments of society these days that behave in such a way that made the original news seem unsurprising. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to begin with to perpetrate such a shitty thing but whomever it was, my hope is that they are dealt with swiftly...
^^^ The article in AVN says she was bullied when she returned to her home state of Idaho. Wonder if it's due to her porn past. I am sure there are plenty of fine folks there, but there are plenty of conservatives there that might not be so nice. Idaho is one of those states where the very conservatives headed to when California went very Democratic.
^You mean the same one that claimed she was dead. If this is the kind of reporting AVN on important stories then I would assume that everything in the article is lies.

That's the tricky part. If she has been out of the biz for a while now and this hoax was started by someone with the intentions of outing her in some way, how does she do that without shining that light back on herself?
If someone with more insight on the situation has verified that this was all nothing and she's not dead, I'm perfectly okay with that. She doesn't need to poke her head back into a world she's no longer comfortable being a part of for assurances sake.
^ Yeah. She's okay. People in the know have confirmed it. Let her get back to living her life in peace and not give the cruel hoaxers any more attention.
The only thing I have seen or heard was a announcement that she had died but it was later pulled and apology given saying it wasn't true. I think I read somewhere that she got married when she got pregnant.
About a year ago, I came across a Facebook page of a family member (Mom, I believe) mourning the anniversary of her (with her real name) passing away and a number of responses from other friends and family. It had some candid pictures of Anastasia's younger self and this family member.
Of course, it could be argued this page was faked as well, but seemed genuine to me.
Anastasia Knight was so fucking great. I've had a lot of favourite pornstars, but when I first dscovered her, I made sure to catch pretty much every scene. I've not watched her for years since the reports came out. Most importantly, it saddens me to hear that it could be a possibility. I also find it crazy that there is no definitive news. She must've made friends with some people in the industry, or maybe she just cut all ties. In any case, I hope she's actually alive and doing well.
^ I agree! She was pure fire. Just oozed sex appeal. She seems like she would have been super fun to hang out with, both inside and outside of the bedroom! I'd love to hear what she's up to now. I guess it'll have to stay a wish.
