I am a bit surprised that this story isnt more prominant...As it seems more sordid widespread and bigger than the GDP bruhaha...This involves well nwn ProAm companeas like "French Bukkake MSTX Jacquie et Michel The google translateof the linked articles reads like GDP Ron Jeremy & Ryan Fidelity all partying on a drug binge...Its big news in FRANCE and I wish too know more HELP!!! Does anyone know this story? Can anyyone suggest french news gossip op-ed resources?
Saw nothing about it on french papers, but then there are significantly more important things going on.The prosecution was notified by 3 feminist groups after a video came out... Wanted to stop reading right there. Probably the same groups who hoped to make it illegal in France for men to look at women on the street (pretty sure they've tried). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKroAhVwHT0.
It's a bunch of anti-porn/anti-sex crusading by the usual zealots.
Bluehaired chick claims that as a 20 year old she wanted to star in a porn video for the hell of it, to tick it off a bucket list. Appeared on one of the biggest (& few) french pornsites. Expected a BBG, they talked her into a BBBG. People who knew her back home then recognized her in the video and she became infamous. Regretted it, asked the site to remove her video to which they asked her to return the money she was paid + costs.
Other chick worked at a bank and knew a male pornstar who told her porn was easy money. She decides to star for one of the other big french pornsites. Claims they talked her into a DV. She gets recognized, her job contract at the bank doesn't get renewed. Regrets it, sends the pornsite a letter asking them to remove the scene from the site.
Porn producer on the phone with a "journalist" pretending to be a porn scout who knows a couple of chicks who'd like to appear on the producer's site. Producer brags that even though some girls show up saying they'd never be able to do double anal etc, when the girls do try whatever it is they're dodging and succeed at it they're really pleased with themselves and leave with giant smiles on their faces (probably pleased it's over ). Then he explains that out of caution towards the current political climate (only a couple of years ago France passed its own SOSTA/FESTA-type laws against sexwork that made even porn agenting/porn scouting legally questionable) he wouldn't dare pay the scout an agent/finder's fee directly, but that he could pay for it as consulting/website updating work (probably why the prosecution believed it had a case as that has to do with taxes).
I'd have to say that for a country with barely a handful of passable porn production studios that's also being ravaged by an airborne pandemic where most of the population is under curfews and lockdowns, choosing to attack what is the only safe source of sexual release for many people who found themselves socially isolated seems counterproductive to put it mildly.
1. I am always curious as to why men in the porn industry being scumbags is any kind of news story, you get them in every walk of life & this is an industry where women are having sex with them or being filmed doing so by them with no friends or protection there & an agent who only cares about making their fee & not the safety of his clients. Do you think it isn't going to attract a load of sexual offenders who would be in jail for rape/sex assaults, women haters, sadists & general a'holes as directors & performers when their job consists of having power over women & being alone naked with them?
2. I doubt anybody is interested because pornography is seen by most as being something to laugh at like pro wrestling-where all kinds of abuses both financial, sexual & physical including paedophilia, a wrestler murder by a booker & trainees beaten to death were/are swept under the carpet by various promotions-that could never happen with a 'serious' sport. Porn is probably even lower than it on the totem pole to the mainstream.
3. It is high time the women in porn got together & created a union/working rules. Without the actresses the films cannot be made, there can be no money-yet they seem to still have the mentality that creeps like James Deen call the shots & they have to put up with forced anal when they signed up to vaginal only, being sexually assaulted, physically assaulted etc.
4. I don't speak much French-did it at school in the 1980's & 1990's & wasn't very good at it, but the above poster points out the problem we have with the cancel culture. If this is simply a case of a few idiots looking to make a quick buck & then getting upset when it isn't what they thought it would be & because they didn't do a search first & then find themselves being fucked by some bald, fat, hairy ape with BO, their partner or boss sees them getting fucked & has buyers remorse when the company refuses to remove the video/photos unless they reimburse them the fee first etc then it is bs that will hurt the industry-probably not so much in Europe which is among the indigenous population at least fairly irreligious, but certainly in the US which is full of religious nuts who are already getting porn performers payments blocked by various operators etc.
Tried digging a bit deeper, I know that on french videogame forum jeuxvideo.com (supposedly the biggest gaming forum community worldwide with a highly sardonic subculture) Pascal had an iconic/living meme status and following among the community (check/auto-translate the comments). Apparently several threads on this subject there were already taken down, with only one remaining. However that thread has barely any discussion, mostly just innuendos/implications on the topic. It sounds like the place self-censored out of the same fear of FOSTA/SESTA-related discussion that ADT abides by.
I haven't checked any of the less moderated porn discussion boards yet.
Just because the biggest anti-porn/anti-sexwork/anti-sex lobby in France is flying a co-opted flag of feminism rather than that of indigenous or recently imported religious zealotry (all surprisingly sharing similar talking points and even the same people) does not mean they're not looking to hurt the industry. Wouldn't putting half the notable local studio heads in jail (& taking down their websites) be a pretty good result for someone looking to hurt it?
Pascal got himself fatwa'd with his max hardcorish schtick? #womensrightsday #womensday new muslimette #shirinna another good cum dumpster

The nameless blue haired chick on the youtube video that served as the basis for the accusation featured on french-bukkake as "Ania".
In the youtube video she claims that she didn't expect to do more than BBG and didn't want to do anal but felt too scared/intimidated/not allowed to say no. If someone is interested I can do a full translation.
As far as I can tell they published at least 3 different scenes with her: a BG "casting" where she only performs with Pascal Op, a BBG where she performs with Pascal and another guy, and a gangbang scene where there are 4 penises. Only skipped through the gangbang scene but could spot no anal nor double penetration, someone briefly sticks a finger in her ass.
Pascal Op is accused of rape.

You are AWESOME Thank you so much...If you ever catch me be sure and ask "Where are my drinks?" as I would be happy to buy them for you-
^I'd rather not risk getting banned for discussing FOSTA/SESTA-related topics on this forum, even if it is related to an entirely different continent & country. All I think can be safely said here is that you can easily google up how back in 2016 France criminalized those activities which were previously legal (you should get plenty of english-language news article hits from the likes of france24.com). This was after pressure/campaigning from these "feminist" lobbies.
Those legal changes also mean that the production of pornography in France now has little legal standing/protection and is obviously next on the chopping block for these lobbies. And unlike what happened in britain they are not going to make the mistake of going after the kind of porn that's very popular with women first while pretending that they're doing it for women's sake.
