Joanna Angel earned a BA in English Literature and minor in Film Studies from Rutgers.
Missy Woods has a BA in Psychology from one of the University of Texas campuses.
Asia Carrera was a piano prodigy and went to Rutgers on a full ride, I believe to study Japanese, but I don't think she finished, if I remember correctly.

AJ Bailey has a BA in Anthropology from the University of Missouri and an MA in Anthropology and Museum Studies from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
Annie Sprinkle has a "PhD" in Human Sexuality, but it's from a non-accredited for-profit (and also just generally weird) organization called the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality.
Vanessa Cliff supposedly has an MA in Human Rights and Nonprofit Management and a PhD in "Social Sciences," but to my knowledge she's never said from which institutions, so take the legitimacy with a grain of salt.
Mika Tan has an Associates in Psychology and BS in Biochemistry from San Diego State University.
Jen Padova has a BS in Biochemistry and BA in Visual Arts, with a minor in Philosophy, from UCLA.
Shy Luv/Love has at least a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting, and is a CPA, and claims to have another Masters, but I don't think she's ever said what it's in.
There have been quite a few nurses, unsurprisingly. Tera Patrick has her RN license and then went on to get her BS in Microbiology (I think from University of Southern California) and said she had planned to get a doctorate in it, but I haven't heard whether she ever pursued it (and also that's a very difficult and competitive program, so that seems unlikely).
Nina Hartley is also a nurse, with a BSN from San Francisco State University.
Sadie Summers is a nurse, but I'm not sure what degree or licensure.
Bree Olson did two years of pre-med Biology at Purdue. She's referenced both her inability to become a nurse, but also that she wishes she could be known as a nurse, so I'm not certain whether she has or has not completed any nursing education/licensure.
There have also been some pornstars who had degrees and careers in education, including Ron Jeremy, Audrey Hollander, Juli Ashton, and Callie Cox.
