Italian films (as Mr PB said - Marc Dorcel etc) have the best clothed scenes - and the most beautiful women - but there's very little real passionate sex ... it's all aesthetics and performance.

I love to watch clothed sex. I love looking at women of all ages who dress up and are proud of their appearance.

Perhaps porn movies would be a lot more shocking and interesting to watch if porn scenes started out with a very conservatively dressed porn lady. Her concealing conservative dress would create a lot of uncertainty about just how good-looking she is and how inhibited or uninhibited she is as far as having sex goes.
And then seeing her big tits tumble out of her loose, concealing blouse would be a nice surprise for the viewer, who had no idea that she was big like that. Her big round ass would be another pleasant surprise for the viewer, when her long, concealing dress she lifts up. And it would be really shocking to see two hardy guys sandwich this initially conservative lady in a good DP.
A change of character from 'normal' and 'conservative' to 'sexy' and 'willing' is always interesting for guys to see. Because in real life many good-looking women dress fairly conservatively too. But this doesn't stop the guys from fantasizing about these women becoming sexy and willing.
Although one thing to be careful with is the box-cover of such a film. You still want to show how sexy the lady is on the film cover. Or else few porn fans would buy the film due to their uncertainty about whether they like the looks of the lady or not.
