Howdy everyone. I am Howard from Club Jenna. We are working very hard to make a product that you want to see and be able to jerk off to. We have recently hardened up our boxes and have put nasty gonzo sex in a feature film. Our Filthy line is reality based and is shot by caezer capone, who started most of the Bang line. We welcome all suggestions and thing you would like to see. If it doable we will put it in the movies. Please save the negitive responses for someone else. I am not here to disuss Jenna or get a discussion going about gossip. I am here to improve our product thru your suggestions. Right now we get pretty good reviews and sell above the average of dvds, but I want to get great reviews and I want to please our customers. I've only the one DVD from Club Jenna, Bangin Brea, now she's great and its a high quality piece of work but i found all the camera angle cuts to much! So, more Brea but just point and shoot, and so will I.
I don't want anything to do with Jenna Jameson. Her movies are way too soft and I don't find her that attractive. So can you also answer my question? Do you guys still DRM your content. The last time I read you couldn't download any pics to your harddrive because they were DRM protected.

I don't know if this falls under what you are looking for Howard, but as a frequent review of Vivid Companies, it kind of bothers me that you guys only send out the disc and no box art to reviewers. Just this week I got a package from Vivid and a couple of the discs didn’t have the title on them. I know the title of the movie is in the movie itself, but a lot of the times I like to see the art on the box, the cast and director etc, especially if I am voting at the end of the year for “best packaging.” So my only suggestion is to consider sending out the art work with the disc. ramsey: club jenna makes movies without jenna in them, more than with. We have Lela Star etc. I will answer your question, yes they have a drm on them, which I find to be a funny question when you say you don't like Club Jenna movies, but want to download them to your computer....Hmmmmmm..now answer my question, what is the last Club Jenna movie you saw? If you haven't seen any, how do you know you don't like them? Jenna is extremely attractive in the movies we release because we shot them at least 2 years ago. By the numbers we sell of her releases, 15k to 20 k of a title, they seem to be doing well.

Lela will be givibg the booty up again. As a matter of fact I will request she does it in all of her movies for you. Chanel St. James is a yes. Lela Star is a yes. Roxy Jezel is a yes. We still have a ton of Sophia Rossi and Brea Bennet movie in the can. Krystal Steel is back. Directors are Caezer Capone, Justin Sterling, Michael Zen, I'm checking on the other directors.

Unfortunatly we were forced to do that because so many of the screeners we sent out to reviewers ended up for sale online at $5.99 and were not getting reviewed. Not to say that you were doing that, but people you never thought would do it, were. I didn't really care if they sold my screeners, but when you did a price search and the NR would come up at $5.99, man did that hurt me. Hey sell it for $19.95 or $24.95! I need to PS this message. I don't think you have seen any Club Jenna movies in awhile, if ever. This is contempt prior to investigation. Our movies have the nastiest gonzo downright filthy sex, as much as any other company and more than most. It is like me saying I hate coffee when I have never tasted coffee. I don't really know I hate it until I try it.

The thing I always have hated about Club Jenna is they space their girls movies out to far apart. The time it took to release Sophia and Channel's first movies hell the excitement of seeing their movies were over.. Unless you start releasing Lela's movies more often the appeal will die off on her as well

I have a feeling you don't watch gonzo movies made by other companies or directors then. I am sorry to say your movies don't even feature in the top 5 of companies/producers creating Nasty/filthy gonzo titles. I suggest you watch some movies from "Elegant Angel", "Evil Angel" "Anabolic/Diabolic". I'll help you out even more by naming certain directors. Watch some movies made by Jake Malone, Jaysin, Belladonna, Jules Jordan, Erik Everhard or even the new guy Ivan. Your movies are too soft for my liking, and the camera angles are not that good. I would like to see better camera work, and less/unnecessary editing. Less Plastic girls trying to look like Jenna J, and more natural looking girls would be a great addition too.
Howard, I like some of Caezers stuff, but the stuff that Laurent Sky directs is complete CRAP!!!!! It is impossible to jack off to and is so boring to watch. I think the problem with Club Jenna is mostly the bad directors.
The last Club Jenna Title I watched was Pin Up Perversions and I can go on and on about why it sucked. All Club Jennas movies are the same Over lit, too many cuts, and boring sex. You cant teach someone how to direct. The reason the really good directors stuff is always great(Jules,Eric, ect..) is because they have it in them. Club Jennas stuff"especially Sky's work" is just plain Bad! Every movie is the same!!! I also saw Bangin Brea and that was exactly the same crap as the title before that! SKY IS NOT A GOOD DIRECTOR! I work for an adult magazine so we get screeners, I would never spend a penny on a club Jenna title. The last Filthy title I watched was Monster Cocks and a Milf title. I think its good porn, not the best but ok. I like seeing different girls and some of the scenes are great. My only complaint is the camer work. The camera is so shaky and the sound is horrible.

Probably going to sound like a lone voice on this post but I'm a masive ClubJenna fan and in particular the stuff directed by Laurent Sky, I've actually purchased all of the Clubjenna titles directed by him. My only complaints are the time it takes between releases and that in my opinion the Clubjenna roster has slipped slightly with the departures of Mckenzie Lee, Brea Bennett, Ashton Moore and Sophia Rossi. However, I'm delighted to hear that Chanel St. James is still contracted and Lela Star is extremely hot, loved her in Pinup Perversions. I would like to see more of the ClubJenna girls featuring in scenes together or at least in the same movie, as seen in Jennas' Provocateur, which has got to be the best ClubJenna movie to date. Also how about persuading Jesse Capelli to do some B/G scenes? That would be something else

I prefaced with that because I have already heard it. I know what the problems are, i want to find solutions. I wasn't going to open a bash Jenna thread, what's the point. I don't mind constructive comments that would help make us deliever a better product, but I was always taught if you don't have something nice to say about someone, don't say anything at all. Some of these forums are a playground for people to vent and just be downright mean and nasty, save that for Luke Ford. I am looking to improve our product, some will respect that, some will not. You can't please everyone. I don't think it speaks volumes, I think it is being honest and to the point. I have recieved some great comments, that we will take to heart and take action on. How many other studios are here giving you a platform to talk directly to someone who can make a change...not many. Just as an aside, we are shipping JENNA LOVES DIAMONDS on the 17th, the movie is awesome and Jenna looks great. I have preorders of 15,000 units, no other adult star is moving those numbers. The business has changed drasticly in the last 2 years for everyone. Jenna has opened the door for many people, she is still at the top when it comes to sales.
Okay, I just watched Pinup Perversions, and I think that was the first Club Jenna movie I've seen in years, since Bella Loves Jenna. Anyway, the way I interpret what hollywood woody is after is he wants to know how to attract more gonzo fans, without alienating whatever market it is that they have now that doesn't want anything too nasty. My comments to follow are about vignettes releases, not features with one plot linking all the scenes, since Pinup Perversions is a vignettes release. In Pinup Perversions, the costumes, hair, and makeup are all good, as are the sets and lighting. No need to alter that. Although, I would tend to like the costumes and such, since I have a Gil Elvgren calendar hanging on a wall in my kitchen, and I particularly love stockings and feet. The best thing you could do to make an immediate improvement in the product is to make the editing less noticeable, and mix the performers' sounds up and the music down even earlier in the scenes. Editing first: why the quick cuts forward and backward in time, especially at the beginning of scenes? And while even gonzo will sometimes have some cuts between some positions, that is, there will be a cut between position A and B without showing how the performers made that transition, this tends to be even more noticeable in the typical 5 scene, 90 minute release from Club Jenna and similar companies. Most egregiously, if that first scene in Pinup Perversions was Lela's first anal, it would have been nice to see the actual act of first penetration, rather than cutting to her with him already fully in her ass. You wouldn't want to have shown her in any actual pain, but if it was a little difficult for her, and they had to ease him in slowly, that could have been hot to see. And you could have had the performers talking about it being her first anal, too. I've already put the disc back into the rental return envelope and sealed it, but did I see Lela actually do a little ass to mouth before they cut to the cumshot? That was unexpected, and nothing to complain about, but it would have been even better to show them warming her ass up with fingers and slowly easing a cock into there. Second, the sound. Music's fine in intros, but the music never stopped in Pinup Perversions. Sure, after a while in every scene they would bring the performers' sounds more to the front of the mix, but the music was still louder than I would have liked. Performer sounds aren't just moaning, dialogue, and the slapping sound of two bodies hitting each other, the sound of high heels on a hard surface floor and clothes falling to the floor can also be important. And as I recall, the blowjobs were usually over before the music got mixed down. I've already forgotten which company it was or is, but I know there is one gonzo company that did or does give you the option of turning the music on or off when watching their DVDs. That's really a great idea, it gives people a choice of whether there's music playing with the sex or not. One gonzo thing that I did notice in Pinup Perversions was that Lela did look at and talk to the camera some in her g/g scene with Mariah. I remember that in the audio commentary track of Bella Loves Jenna, Justin Sterling said that he added a special effect to the eyes of one female performer at the end of her scene to cover up that she had had the audacity to make eye contact with the camera. And as I recall about Bella Loves Jenna, even if you count that as a feature, it all happened in the head of a crazy person, so I don't see how eye contact with the camera would have hurt anything if the whole scene was taking place in someone's head. But if Lela could talk to the camera, then clearly you are lightening up a little on that subject. Again, this only goes for releases made up of separate vignettes, not full length features, but if you want to look for inspiration in a gonzo company that actually does a lot of vignettes, look at Zero Tolerance. A lot of their boy/girl series are also vignettes, but Girlvana and Pussy Cats are the two series that are jumping to my mind as being movies that you could watch for ideas that could then be adapted to your personnel, sets, and costumes.
