Sophia Syndrome and Krystal Method were supposed to be released in January. The latest release date for Sophia Syndrome is June 25th and Krystal Method June 4th. How can they set a release date and change it 6 times with the release finally coming 8 months after they first promoted the movie. I'm sure they must have lost many customers by encouraging them to pre-order and then failing to deliver. I love their movies but, much more of this and I'll be cancelling my pre-order as well. I can respect both Axl and Jenna if they are perfectionists that want to make sure everything is perfect in their minds. But they have to realize that the further something gets delayed the more people are going get like madeguy, get pissed off and not buy the thing. I mean this year's AVN show was a bit Club Jenna-centric don't you think? Wouldn't it have made sense to have at least one of the titles ready to capitalize? TLA Video put "The Provocateur" on the cover of their WINTER catalog thinking it was going to be ready around January. Now the release date is in June. I've got my money on Jenna but just barely. The "GNR" shows in NYC this week and next may cause him to speed things up a bit. Brian [Link] |
