Hi

I joined combatzonexxx.com recently but I am unable to access the site. The following message apperas after logging in:

"An error has occured with your product key:
Your license key expired on April 15th, 2021

Administrators: Please log into your CMS admin panel for steps on how to resolve this error."

Anybody else having this issue?

Sounds like it maybe an issue with their account, not yours. Have you emailed them?

I don't have an active membership but I get the same error message when trying to access the tour page.

Did you email customer support?

Yeah I emailed the support but have not gotten a response as of yet. We'll see what happens I suppose. Seems to have been an issue for over a month without being resolved according to the error message.

Yes, that is definitely a problem with the software on their end. Depending on how their system is setup, they might not see the emails sent to support because of that problem.
I suggest to contact the biller you used to pay, Segpay or Epoch, they should have more ways to contact them.

Is it fixed yet? It looks like they might be using elevatedx CMS which is saas. If they don't pay the bills, it stops working.
