In this day and age, all you need is a camera and a girl and you can shoot a POV porn scene. Hardest part is finding an attractive girl to film. What's your budget? You're goal for the film. Personal use or to try and get it sold? If it's to sell, your penis size is going to matter. Less than 7 inches, don't even bother. 7 inches,eh shoot POV with wide angle lens. 8 inches and over and you might be in business.

Joe, I've shot a couple of amateur scenes, where the guys dick was under 7 inches. It doesn't look as good on camera. The bigger the dick, the easier it shows up on camera. Now POV is a slightly different story. You can use a wide angle lens and even a 5 inch dick looks ok in a blow job scene and I prefer a smaller dick in that scenario because I'd rather see a girl deep throat a 6 inch dick all the way vs take a 12 inch dick half way. Your best bet Erik is to try somewhere in Europe, maybe the Czech Republic, contact a few agents and see how much to shoot a scene there. Also, what are the laws in Norway regarding shooting pornography? If they're lax, try and advertise in your local Craigslist type forum for a POV BJ scene and see what kind of takers you get? Just buy a cheap HD camera or HD DSLR, just about any 2+ year or newer cam will work good in that scenario, and shoot it yourself.
^I think based on what you wrote that you want to do is have sex with a famous porn performer but you also want a keepsake video of the event. The first is very easy to arrange. Less so if you are not in the US and you want to have sex with a US performer but not impossible if the girl happens to be in Europe doing an escort tour (I hope you know what that is). If you don't care where the performer is from then you have hundreds of very famous European porn performers that escort on a regular basis and many do the escort tour thing. Your biggest issue is going to be the filming aspect of the transaction. I think all the Performers will say no in large part because their name and face are their property and they don't want it to be exploited by anyone else. You can tell them the video is only for personal use but why would they believe you. You can always try to make money by selling the video after the fact. I don't even know if your average prostitute/escort would allow you to film them having sex with you. That last one I can't confirm because I've never used one of these ladies and I don't know any that I can ask.
Or they could just charge extra. If he has $3K to spend, I could see it being a good business opportunity for an enterprising pornstar/escort. Recruit a friend to do the filming, and charge the client $3K for the experience. That's more money than she'd get for a porn shoot, in which she explicitly gives the producer permission to distribute her name/face/performance for public sale. I could see it possibly being a problem for a "regular" non-pornstar escort who wants to maintain her anonymity/privacy. But for a porn performer whose videos and photos are already all over the marketplace/internet, I can't see it being a problem, other than the money, which can be addressed by charging extra money.
