Hi, I have been racking my brain trying to figure out two movies, and everything I've tried has come up empty. I'm hoping someone here may be able to help point me in the right direction.

For the first, I would have seen it somewhere between 2007-2012, as a best estimate. I used to have a dvd/vcr combo that would weirdly occasionally pick up what I assume were premium or on demand channels, and this was on there. Everything else I can remember seeing on those channels, whether they were mainstream or adult movies, were released between 2004-2008, and this did look like a more recent release, but there's a chance it could have been from the late 90s/early 00s, but i wouldn't bank on it. For the plot, it was about a woman, maybe a typical suburban housewife, who begins a secret affair with a man, and it escalated over time as she became more dominant in the relationship. But, it was played somewhat comedically, like the guy was naive and in over his head, rather than that she was dangerous like in an erotic thriller. I only remember two specific scenes, one in which she seduces him in a locker room/shower setting, like at a gym or a public pool, and the second was towards the end of the movie, a threesome between the two where she has brought in another woman into the affair, and they were both wearing mild BDSM gear. Like leather corsets or black lingerie, nothing over the top. That scene may have ended with one of the husbands coming home and the naive man having to escape out the window to avoid being caught, but that could just be my mind playing tricks on me.

The second I would have seen in the 90s, best estimate would be between 93-97. It would have most likely been a movie that aired late at night on Showtime or Cinemax. It was definitely a typical 90s sex comedy, in the same style as Bikini Carwash Company or Bikini Bistro. For the plot, I don't remember much, only that it was set at a location with a beach, and there was an antagonist in the movie that was trying to put a stop to whatever the main cast of women were trying to do. Maybe a rival businessman, or a land developer, or some kind of moral authority, but he wanted them gone. He had a henchman character that worked for or with him, who was another 90s stereotype, a horny little weirdo type character, maybe glasses, moustache, funny accent, that kind of thing, who wasn't bad on his own but the villain was his boss or something so he had to work for him. The only scenes I remember were both near the end of the movie. The first was the villain and his henchman were drunk or high or drugged, probably by the main characters, and while they were slurring and dazed were standing with their hands tied above their heads to coat hooks or overhead pipes while the main characters pulled their tops off and rubbed their breasts in their faces, probably to photography them for blackmail or expose them as lecherous in some other way. The second scene was at the very end, the villain was driven off and the henchman had possibly gone to work for the main characters, and they were laughing about him being much more happy now, as it shows him down on the beach having an exaggerated, sloppy make-out sessions with a heavy-set woman, while they were laying on a blanket or maybe in a rowboat on the sand.

Sorry for the wall of text, hopefully something here might ring a bell for someone. Or even if anyone has a good, fairly comprehensive resource of softcore movies to search through, I haven't really been able to find anything in that vein. Thanks in advance for any help.
