Yeah I have some good memories of her in the first two Good Sources of Iron. She was a fun performer and a very nice person when I met her. It really is hard to read that she's gone and in such a terrible way too.
Incredibly sad news indeed. I wish her family well in light of this terrible tragedy. If only we were all a little more cognizant of our own mortality, perhaps we'd strive to do a little bit more and live a little bit better.
First and foremost, she was a really nice girl. On top of that, she was one of the best swallowers to ever appear in A GOOD SOURCE OF IRON. Things were a little tough by the 8th month in business at Platinum X. I had burned through a ton of personal savings but wanted to do A GOOD SOURCE OF IRON....a comparatively pricey title. She really delivered for that movie and made me believe that it would do better than some other titles.
Later on, she pinch-hitted for another girl one night at the offices of Platinum X. Britney was a producer's dream. She showed up on time, gave 100%, and thanked you for the work!
Rest in peace, Britney. Thanks for everything! Miss you!
It's ironic how the nice people suffer sometimes. She deserved to live a lot longer than she did. A tragic event for her, her family, friends and the industry. I guess the only consolation in anything like this is hearing the glowing testimonials.
Aspiring to Britney's professionalism and attitude would be a very worthwhile tribute to her.
