I always though it was legal to mail porn, however this law states that mail addressed to you that is obscene is a federal offence. Does that mean every time porn is mailed to me I am walking a gray area as to whether the material is obscene in my community. If they 'find' your porn in the mail and it is not deemed obscene in your community they'll just go somewhere else where it is deemed obscene to prosecute the originator of the material.  [Link] |
