I think you're refering to Abigail and Brittany Hensel - conjoined twin girls that share one body. They each have their own heart and stomach but share their liver and digestive system. Their spines join at the pelvis. They also share their vagina and rectum. The girls are now 16 years old and live pretty normal lives given the unusual circumstances. They have expressed an interest in boys and of possibly marrying and eventually having children of their own.
The documentary on the Hensel twins is being repeated on Discovery Health right now. It is really fascinating to see them going about their daily lives, like school activities, playing sports, etc. They even got their driver's licenses and are having a blast being able to go where ever they want to. But I can't help feeling very sad for them, simply because they will never have completely normal lives as separating them would prolly kill them. At least they have a loving and caring family to help them as they mature into adulthood.
There was an 1989 flick (Joined) with fake 'Siamese twins' played by Racquel Darrian and Sabre.
It wasn't very well done technically but I liked the way the girls played it. Of course Racquel and Sabre weren't even sisters, let alone conjoined twins, but they were pretty convincing as a team (even though they were reputed to have loathed each other off set).
There was a sequel in which they were surgically Separated; after the operation, whenever one of the girls would get fucked, the other would have a simultaneous 'remote orgasm'.
Katherine Dunn. It took her ten years to write, so it better be a good book! I loved it. I really enjoyed reading it, and I would recommend it. I can see how some people might like it--it's quite sad--but I don't see how you can say it's not very good. Their review doesn't sound too credible If you like conjoined twin sex, this book has it.

Lexi, it might interest you to know that the original "Siamese Twins", Chang and Eng, married a pair of sisters and fathered 22 children between them. So conjoined-twins sex does happen. The mind boggles as to how exactly they organised things though.
The conjoined twins that inspired this topic, the Hensel girls, are undoubtably going to have to come to terms with their sexuality and the unique possibilities it presents. Right now they are still teens but the day will come when they seek out sexual partners - especially after they reach the age of consent and become young adults. Since they share their genitilia, they will prolly experience orgasms at the same time. Alot of their physiology is still unknown but I'm sure they will adapt to what ever sexual situation that is sure to come their way in the future.
OK Ma Meeshka, I picked up the book, Geek Love, yesterday and I can't put it down!!!! I haven't gotten to the conjoined twin sex part but the story is really twisted. Not seen that either, I have refused to watch a Ben Affleck film ever since Armageddon. Oh how I wish they'd do a directors cut where Bruce leaves him to set of the bomb instead! I'm being harsh I know. I do like Damon in the 'Bourne......' films. And Affleck seems to have given himeself more credibility lately with 'HollyWoodland.'

There are famous male twins from China back in the early 1900s I think that were joined at the mid section. They lived a very long and fruitful life. In fact they both got married and both had kids. So it obviously happens, I guess it would be new twists to group sex.

Chang and Eng Bunker were from Thailand, called Siam at the time. It is from them that we get the term "siamese twins", now out of vogue.
They adopted the name Bunker when they became US citizens. They married two white SISTERS in NC, which makes the group sex thing a little bit more odd.
For those who are movie fans you might recall the Hilton sisters, who were joined at the hip, from the 1930s cult film "Freaks". They used a real life issue in the film since many states denied them marriage licenses.
