I'm looking for scenes where one of the actors declares that they are straight/gay, but ends up trying sex with the other gender and perhaps even starts questioning their sexuality.
Here's an example of what I'm looking for: Perfect Girlfriend - Leana Lovings (Research) Your sister's best friend comes into your room after a sleepover. She wants to know if it's true that you're gay.. You tell her you're fairly sure about it. She tells you she wants to try an experiment.
Of the thousands on thousands of scenes I've seen over the past decades, I don't think I've ever seen this plot before. I'll be interested to see if others can point to scenes with this. You may have hit upon the rarest porn plot ever.
^ Agreed. An example would be a scene (one of my favorites) from Web Young with August Ames and Janice Griffith called Sisters United. There are also a ton of threesome scenes that start out girl / girl and turn into a girl / girl / guy. Examples are Quid pro Quo with Emily Willis and Naomi Swann from Pure Taboo and The Commander Quarters with Riley Reyes and Jay Taylor from Bare Maidens.
But to the OP main post, I think the most directly applicable scenes that I like are from the Pure Taboo series including Converting my Sister with Chad White and Uma Jolie and Bad Influence with Vanna Bardot and Michael Swayze.

Well, lesbians questioning their sexuality to be with a guy is a common trope in B/G genre. Even there is a series dedicated to that in Devil Films and in Brazzers and other sites I've seen similar scenes. From the other side, a gay man feeling attracted to a woman I never saw a situation like that. Maybe is not so interesting for the audience I guess.
