And the same rule probably applies to showing a picture from a picture magazine. Copying and showing a picture from a picture magazine to make some point is like quoting a passage from a book. If porn reviewers could post screenshots of the movie they were reviewing to illustrate their points, then their reviews would be more interesting and more informative to read. It would be like advertisement for porn movies. Because many more porn fans would read such reviews, and many of them would probably buy the movies. |
