Eli was sure to mention last night that Kylie really deserved a producers credit for this one, at least I think that's close to what he said and that she was intimately involved and he thanked Kylie for her hard work and the others involved, I believe he said 60 people were in on it.
It was fun hearing Hillary's acceptance speech! One of the few highlights of the awards show, in my opinion (another was Jenna Haze accepting for Best Oral Sex Scene - "I love sucking cock!")

Grats to Sex Z Pictures, Eli Cross and Hilary Scott for their wins with Corruption. After watching it about 2 months ago, I remember thinking to myself...."I think I've just seen the movie that will beat out The Visitors". I wish I had been wrong, but grats again, job well done and certainly deserving.
As long as they can push the envelope right, that's great. I just hope more directors learn that the sex doesn't have to be forced into a feature and can coexist with the story. That , to me, seems like a bigger challenge than the acceptance of fisting.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I know I don't post in here as often as I should, but Kylie pointed me to this thread and I really wanted to say thanks.
It bears repeating that a lot of people put in a helluva lot of hard work on this show. Kylie really should have gotten a full Producer's credit as opposed to the Associate she got. Everyone thanks their S.O. but K really put in lots of overtime, from the early stages of script development through the production design and keeping Ren Savant & I alive and sane through post.
We're in the final stages of prepping the four-disc Collector's Edition now, and those of you who pick that up will be amazed at the amount of behind-the-scenes work that was put in.
My heartfelt gratitude to everyone in the cast and crew for making this such a great shoot, and for all the support and long, hard hours.
Our next big-budget show for SexZ is a movie called "Upload" that promises to be every bit as controversial -- if not more so -- than "Corruption," so get your rest. There are more of those greuling hours ahead.
Color me also confused. I went and bought a copy of the current version under the impression that the Director's Cut wasn't coming.
Oh well, if it does, I'll double dip and maybe give out the one I bought as a gift. I've had friends asking if I've gotten this one yet. Word's gotten around

The Director's Cut or Collector's Edition is happening...it will contain Hillary fisting my pussy and Hillary being fisted in the ass by me in the boiler room kidnapping scene.
As Eli said there will be alot of extra that weren't on the original version of the DVD. An extra scene (there is another version of the kidnapping scene that wasn't used), interviews with all the major cast members, longer new BTS, BTS from the release party and so much more...
But be patient, it is a few months away I am betting...

PL is correct. Although I might not have one a trophy with my name on it I was more than thrilled with our wins...I was up to my eyeballs in this movie from the beginning...Associate Producer, Set Design, Wardrobe, script supervising, BTS camera and talent...I had my fingers in everything from casting to editing (I was the "watch this" guinea pig). Everyone worked hard and cared about this movie and it showed. And AVN noticed. You should have seen how surprised we all were, screaming and jumping up and down and getting all teary-eyed. Yeah, it's porn but when you sink that much time into something you get attached.
Hoo boy, now I'm even more confused. I still haven't gotten my hands on a copy of the original "Director's Cut". I've been checking the Sex-Z website, but it's apparently still sold out. At least, I think it is, since that version is not even listed on the website right now. Still, I was intent on ordering a copy as soon as it became available.
And then I read this. What to do, what to do?
Whatever happens, thanks for the update, Kylie! I wish I got to spend more time with you at AEE, but you were in a rush at that moment. Oh well, as I've been trying to bring myself to say about the Chicago Bears... there's always next year.
