Sometimes I wonder what girls are thinking when they say "oh that name sounds hot! I want to be remembered by that name?" off the top of my head.... Stric-9 Wendy Whoppers
I don't mind the funny one's like those examples. I prefer them to the boring derivative identikit porn names you get these days, where every girl seems to just take names that are already out there and then mix them up. Thus you get every third porn girl using the surname Lynn or Rayne and then mixing it with a selection of bog standard first names like. I really wish pornstars would use their real names or at least realistic names. For instance Natalie Heck, a really good name and then for some reason she goes and picks a really boring porn idenditkit name of Savanah Gold. Go figure. Nothing says romance like anal sex.
For guys it had to be hands down "Texas Presley". Talk about ego issues. For the specific named performers (not the latest Diva or India or Barbara or Veronica etc) for me is Cheryl Lynn Kahn even she said it was the cheesiest name she could think of at the time. And she WANTED to be known by that name over her earlier Cheryl Dynasty moniker -- well at least for that time. Though she has completely changed her mind on that, not even allowing anyone to speak on it to her while she is around.
Shake for me girl... I wanna be your backdoorman ! 2776 Posts 10/07

Dick Nasty , Flick Shagwell, Jaacov Jacovvi [a producer or director I think ] Johnny Wad Holmes, Johnny Thrust, Allysin Chains, Chenin Blanc, Chaz Vincent, Lizzy Borden, George Payne [in a lot of s and m ] to name a few.
Seymore Butts Director Khan Tusion (get it? Contusion - like a bruise). It's not crazy and I'm not even sure it is clever. It falls more into the "interesting" category.
I think a lot of the girls could be smarter about it and make sure to have at least a double name. If a porngirl has a single name, it gets pretty hard to find more stuff from her. I preffer real sounding names myself. adds to the fantasy of the character being real.
I wholeheartedly agree. As an example, my favorite 80's-slender-brunette beauty, Angel, is difficult to track down when doing searches. Dozens of others women have made porn with that name. I have the same argument with clever, yet ultimately stupid names with bands. As an example, The Band (Bob Dylan's backup band in the late-1960's Big Pink era) went on to many hits, great live shows and memorable albums. Yet, try and perform a search on itunes or napster using "The Band" as the search clues. That's like trying to get to a specific sex-oriented web-site by typing "sex" into the Google search engine and hitting enter!
