Simply put, some are, some aren't. Kayla Marie and Trinity Post claimed not to use the pill when she they do creampies. Dillan Lauren once missed using the pill the day she did a creampie but she did the creampie while between periods.
Joelean can do creampies without worrying about getting pregnant as she had a tubal litigation.

I'm not sure what that's meant to imply -- the most fertile time (ovulation) is generally right in the middle between 2 periods. But even being on your period is not foolproof protection. And missing one pill may screw up your protection for the whole cycle.

I don't know which girls are or are not on birth control but if I knew about a girl risking unwanted pregnancy on purpose I would put her on my black list of not-to-watches. In my opinion abortion should not be completely criminalized but I'm against abortion nevertheless. It should only be an emergency way out but not an option to consider before willingly doing a creampie scene without protection.
