Last night I finally saw Michael Ninn's "Cashmere", and was reminded of something I haven't thought about in a while. I should start by saying, though, that most of this movie does NOT have creepy music (at least, not DELIBERATELY creepy...we all have our tastes! ). In fact, there's only one scene that does. It's the scene with Kylie dressed as a schoolgirl, and Jeanna Fine and Anna Malle as two very, VERY bad nuns working on Randy Spears. When the creepy music is mixed in with the dirty talk (I MUST see more Jeanna Fine!!!), the HOT outfits, the hot bodies, and the hot sex, it's one hell of an erotic combination.

So why do I focus on the music? Because I had the same sensation watching a preview clip from Kira Kener's "Nurses" once. There's a scene in which she does two doctors in front of a mental patient strapped to his wheelchair as part of his "therapy". The preview clip I had (It appeared on the back of the "Ancient Secrets of the Kama Sutra" DVD) was SMOKING because Vivid had added the same thing...a kind of creepy soundtrack under the action to this Clockwork Orange-like scene. Unfortunately, the actual "Nurses" DVD does NOT have this music during the scene, and with the standard porn music as a replacement, what WAS one of the most erotic things I have ever seen sank quickly into something easily forgettable.

All because of the music.

Now that I've rediscovered this combination of sex and spooky music, I'm wondering where I can find more stuff like this. Do "Shock" and "Latex" have more of this kind of thing? Does anyone have any recommendations?
