This is a 1974 film that is still banned in several European countries. It starts off as the typical hippie-style movie of that period but soon degenerates and then degenerates into the extreme. The director hired a Vienna commune that turned the third part of the film in sexual chaos. Read imdb for all the details. I was surprised my local pharmacy was renting this movie.
The one highly questionable scene for me was a mostly nude, stunting blond actress rubbing her body up against four 12 yr. old boys, trying to seduce them. In one shot she spreads her legs in one kid's face. If those shots were filmed today the director and actor would be in jail for child sexual abuse. The director, in comments made in 2006, tried to rationalize the scene by saying everyone seduces children and children seduce their parents.

I received my copy, but I still haven't watched it. I wasn't even aware of that scene: my main motivation was to see Anna Prucnal (more known as a serious singer) nude + Carole Laure wasting some chocolate.
That's probably Prucnal (blonde) in the scene you mention.

Yes, it was Anna Prucna. I didn't realize she was known as a serious singer but she sings the theme song as an extra. She is incredibly sexy.
It is interesting to watch Carole Laure throughout the film, a serious actor trying to stay sane with all the chaos going on around her. Otto Muehl and the commune people, somewhat famous on their own, really made it hard on Laure and the crew, according to Makavejev. More online video on Otto Muehl's work here: www.ubu.com/film/muehl.html
Good luck with your viewing. The first part is hippie/silly but then things get rough. The chocolate scene is pretty amazing. Some people refer to it as Laure masturbating, but I wouldn't call it that exactly. It makes no sense in the film but I suppose the footage was so good they didn't want it to go to waste.

I remember seeing this at the cinema when I was 19. Parts of it really grossed me out.
I didn't even remember the underage aspect until you mentioned it. People weren't so uptight about sex back then, so it probably didn't attract much notice.

"Parts of it really grossed me out."
I think that may be the director's main point: showing the brutally and anarchy mankind is capable of producing. The WWII footage the Nazis shot of a Russian massacre of Poles were the most ironic and brutal scenes in Sweet Movie.
