Why do studios release dvds in slow motion mode when a dvd player has a slow motion facility? When I buy a dvd I want the option of seeing it in true, natural motion. An example of this is "Carnal Secrets" which I reviewed on dvd on this very site. If you do a calculation, you find that if the movie was running in true speed it would barely last 40 minutes. Regarding "Carnal Secrets", a lesbian scene involving Temptress was released ENTIRELY in slow motion. Plus, the action was interupted by black and white flashes. Sorry, guys, but it really annoys me.
