It's released by SOD but I don't think it's being sold anymore anywhere. If you want similar titles, I know of half a dozen or more. One of the best is Semen Maniac from SOD which stars Nanami Nanase. Catalog # is SDDH-011. It costs about $50 but is worth every penny. Another good one is SDD-016 from a company called MILKY(?).
