I've seen the Semen Maniac movie too. It was released in 2001 I believe and is now out of production. They're up to part 4 now. Part 4 was released as two movies. I believe you can still get part 4, but it's nowhere near as good, but is more extreme and unpleasant to watch.
Part 1 is the best. The DVD version has the catalog # of SDDH-011. It's more well known as CHIE-003 though, which was the VHS catalog #.
You can get a DVD compilation of all the best Nanami Nanase scenes with some parts of Semen Maniac 1 in it. That's probably your only option if you want an original.
