I don't believe you can precisely determine what "the (sexual) psychological reasons for a man who loves to see a woman swallowing cum" are.
I listed my three schools of porn ("Sexual," "Circus Acts" and "Degradation") to indicate, IMHO, that there are people getting "stiffies" from three distinctly different types of porn.
