Do you think there are lots of weird racist undertones at play in these scenes? Do you think I am racist for asking, or am I racist for singling out scenes with black men and white women? Are you vaguely annoyed? Lemme know. [Link] |

I don't quite understand why some white male porn fans like to watch black guys do white ladies. This kind of porn doesn't do anything for me. But watching white guys do a black lady is something I like. Probably because I can imagine myself being one of those guys. |

But you don't like scenes with black men because you can't see past race to put yourself in the role of guy fucking woman. But what about a black man (or woman) playing the part of a white guy? For example, Tyra Moore in the Chevy Chase role in a porn parody of Nothing But Trouble. Would that do anything for you? |
| Dan Senior Member 2056 Posts 6/07 | It's a lot easier to imagine yourself in the shoes of someone who is similar to you, than someone who is different from you. But this isn't racism. Because this is the way the human mind normally works for everybody. This is just a natural human limitation. It's probably just as hard for black people to imagine themselves being white, as it is for white people to imagine themselves being black. Racism is when people fail to take into account their inability to empathize with those who are different from them and start to behave unethically with those who are different from them. And of course, it's not just racism that works this way. Because other differences can also make it difficult for people to imagine themselves being in the shoes of other people. Ethnic and religious differences also can make people this way. That's why even now there are so many wars and so much killing based on ethnic and religious differences. And even the rich and the poor often can't empathize with each other much, when the poor are so poor that they have difficulty fulfilling their basic needs. Few people have empathy for the homeless on the streets, because nobody wants to imagine themselves being in the shoes of the homeless. But when it comes to sexual liking, then you don't need to put yourself in the shoes of another person. I don't need to imagine myself being a black woman for me to like her. And that's probably why I find so many black women attractive. Edited by - Dan on 8/28/2015 7:34:25 AM |
