Because they want to keep the possibility of making money, on the table. It's SOP for agencies to give a bit of a window after a model goes off so that they can say "Hey, we got some work for ya, if you're interested!" if someone contacts the agency and says they would be interested in her. In her case, those are the first "pro" photos of her that we know of, which is what agencies prefer to use, so it makes sense for them to update her entry with those to show how good she can look and that she's actually worked.
