I believe the best move for any talent in the industry is to strike out on their own and go the pay2win route. They'd be in complete control of who they work with, under what terms, for how much, etc... with no idiotic contracts or gag orders on when or how to promote. If Ariana puts good content up then she will make as much money as that content is worth - at that point she can decide to do 'a,b,c' to bring in more viewers or to stop doing 'x,y,z' because it's reducing her income. I don't see how more freedom for the performers could negatively impact their careers. [Link]

When the site opens up you hit the talent where you're located - Twitter/IG/etc... - and you get your name and site noticed. It's hard to see (and predict, admittedly) because it's so new, but there isn't much of a difference between an actress tweeting or dm'ing a production company announcing she'll be in Miami or LA between certain dates and her doing the same with male talent that work in those same cities. Get in touch, work out terms, and you're in business. It's not an obvious business model, but again I believe that the more control we see in the hands of the performers the better the quality will be. Furthermore, and I speak from personal experience and practice, I'll unload MUCH more money for a p2w site where I know what content I'm paying for than I would a mainstream site that churns out drivel that gets my interest 1-2/mo. The money is out there and people are willing to spend it, but only when they know what they're going to get. [Link]

So in this case if Ariana sees that her low rez photos and videos aren't selling, despite her obvious beauty and willingness to cater to her fans' tastes, she'd either invest in better equipment or slowly fade away into obscurity. Meanwhile, good photo/video equipment isn't expensive anymore, depending how you want to shoot.
