I think this is an automated E-Mail, if you contact them directly with a question I'm sure one of their staff speaks English and will be able to help you out, never used them, but I've been in France many times and I'm always amazed at the number of people who can speak a decent English (not as many as in Northern European countries, but stil...).

Please let us know how your order goes, plus details about shipping costs, delays, etc.. I've thought about ordering from them a couple of times but never did. They seem to have some interesting special offers sometimes. Of course the drawback is that all website is in French but I can manage, my school French must be better than yours snowden porn

Arrived Monday 23rd Sept (via parcel force sign-for) Discreet shipping in a small tidy cardboard box.

Total cost for one single DVD + shipping came to £25. Quite expensive when compared to Lasersedge, but good considering they stock titles not released yet in the states for instance the classic True Anal Stories 9 (which will probably be my next and last purchase from them).

They charged my credit card shortly afterward.

No sign of a delivery as of today.

I sent them a message via the website asking why no items had shipped. No response.

My account, when I log in, says that I have some items on backorder.

Tomorrow I dispute the transaction with Visa and we go through that rigamarole.
