The previous thread of the French shop Cyber DVD X isn't working, so here's another one.
-They have nice selection of titles, local and international, for example 40+ Rocco titles are available.
-Prices are bearable. And so is shipping and handling, flat rate €9.15 to Europe. Trans-continental flat-rate is $12.02 (export prices are easy to convert, just take 30% off and you have them in USD).
-Their site is somewhat in English, and at least shopping-cart is today useable for us non-francophones.

Has anyone here used them, and what kind of excperiences have you had? Do their customer representatives speak English? And is the free disc offer issued in real-time, so you can pick the freebie with the same order as you collected the points?

Haven't ordered from them yet, but they have been around for a long time and seem OK.

Most of their DVDs are a bit pricey but then many stores in Europe have even higher prices. That said I would go elsewhere to order say Private or US titles. Could be OK for French produced stuff like Marc Dorcel, JTC or Colmax.

As I understand it from what is written on the site, you can claim your free DVD straight away.

They have some interesting specials sometimes and you can join their mailing list.

Just thought I'd bump this thread up again to see if anyone has used this company lately. All comments on service etc welcomed (don't care about price exactly) but I'd especially like to know what shipping method they use.

Can't remember if they have been mentioned before, either, but there are a few other French (or similar) sites with much the same prices, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience of them either/also. I think that some of them may actually be the same company but anyone who may have used them may know more/different. They are:

Adulte DVD X
Best DVD X
Quick DVD X
Absolument X
DVD Horizon

There are probably others. For instance, I would like to get some of the Brigitte Lahaie titles from the BLUE ONE label and it seems that only the French websites seem to stock them. And the prices are expensive enough. Although I did spot that DVD Horizon seems to be a bit cheaper. Anyone used them? and what are they like?...

any info would be appreciated.

Orgazmik in Switzerland also have the Blue One titles, they are expensive but fast and very reliable.

The best French webstore I know (pricewise) unfortunately does not ship outside France. It's a general webstore called www.cdiscount.com selling everything from digital cameras to shirts. They have a good selection of adult DVDs, sometimes offered at rockbottom prices during their sales. The lowest priced DVDs are often from French studios JTC or LAC (Lac has a lot of Extreme Associates and Evil Angel titles) but also a bit of Blue One and a good selection of Marc Dorcel and Colmax.

They have free shipping for France, so the trick is to know someone with a postal address in France : you can have the DVD sent to as a "gift" and ask that person to then post the package to your country (UK, Ireland, etc...).

Thanks for that Joey. Not much help, but I thank you anyway!

Unless you can help me out...

(joking of course, besides, Laser's Edge have got all my cash now)
