Dakota was live on her free OnlyFans last night and stated that she had left mainstream porn and would only be uploading content to a paid OnlyFans page that she will be making soon. I guess the good news is she said there are about 20 or so new scenes that still haven't been released yet. So we can look forward to those at least.

Plenty of prospective pornstars have fallen into the industry and are totally naive about what it's all about. Companies like Excogi and their partner sites exploit this to get girls to do things that have a long term impact on their careers. Gabbie Carter did the same when doing anal in her very first scene and only later realising what she could have made if she'd established herself and then done anal. It's a real shame Dakota didn't come across someone early enough to advise her on the best way to go as she's got the makings of a potential big star.
I'm not so sure about it, I mean she will probably make money with her onlyfans, but while we know that she could have the potential to be one of the most popular girls in the industry right now she's still almost unknown. She has 12700 followers on twitter at the moment, which is nothing. She can have a number of good reasons and it's her life, but if you think that the move to make a few scenes for a not particularly well known company and that it's enough to make her popular and then use that popularity for her OF, I think she could have done way better than that. I mean, I could understand maybe a couple of scenes for Brazzers, but like this... I don't know.
Far be it for me to defend their actions as I don't have a clue what is said prior to them booking any girl to shoot a scene with them but this is the 21st century where your average teenager has likely had access to an instrument that connects to the internet for years before she is legally allowed to shoot porn and therefore could do some research on what porn can earn her by simply Googling it. If Gabbie or Dakota didn't do that prior to signing a contract then it's on them and they have no one to blame for it. I'd even add that it doesn't seem to have negatively affected Gabbie's ability to soot a shitload of anal videos and the same could be said if Dakota chose to do that.
For all you know Dakota always planned going the OF route early on and used ECG as a stepping stone to garner a certain fan base. If she is done with mainstream porn and wants to concentrate fully on her OF account then more power to her but she ain't getting my money anymore than any other OF model is and I wish her luck because she may find out that OF isn't as lucrative as all those so called articles make it sound.

You're absolutely right that any sensible person would not be that naive and it's no 'excuse' but there are plenty of girls who very clearly don't for whatever reason do their due diligence. Gabbie has said several times that her biggest regret was that she'd done anal in her first scene as she didn't understand the significance of firsts. She also said that if she'd paced herself early in her career she'd probably gone on for several years more. If you look back at Gabbie's career she defo didn't do a 'shitload' of anal. Probably around ten in 3 years. It's also worth noting she never did a DP scene........although I think we both agree that if someone offered her a ton of cash to do one she'd be out of retirement in a flash! If you've watched Dakota's first few scenes and her interviews she doesn't come across as a shrewd businesswoman who always planned the OF route. A big difference between her and Gabbie was that Gabbie did her first scene and was clearly 'anally experienced' while Dakota looked like she really didn't get what it was all about. But, hey, she might just be a fantastic actress that pulls the wool over idiots like me..........and that wouldn't be the first time!!

I will never get this idea that once a girl does anal no one is interested anymore. I mean, maybe it's like that for a lot of people, considering how many times I've read this kind of consideration. ^ I don't think that doing anal early on ruins a career, it's just if girls generate interest before doing their first anal scene it's obviously worth potentially far more. Doing anal early and not really being prepared not only can be tough for the girl but could put her off. Finally one of those Porn Pros scenes has dropped. It's titled "Her First Time" which sounds like it would be better suited to Casting Couch X. They've never been know for consistency.

Looks to me that she dumped Zen models as she quickly realised they weren't working to her advantage and switched to Matrix Models where hopefully she'll get a bit more advice and support in building her career. A lot of sketchy things are going on with that stuff I cannot say but it's run by the same people and often you will see girls who said matrix switch to zen models. In fact that is what Dakota did before seemingly being cut from zen models completely. Matrix models is all over the place. Hasn't updated their twitter in a long time. Most of the girls on their site aren't even with them anymore. It seems more PR and to entice girls to sign with them and then they move them over to zen anyway I'm saying too much.
