Hey all, did a quick search and there doesn't seem to be a thread to discuss Dana Vespoli as a director, so here it is.
I think she has developed into one of the best directors out there. Of her films my favourites include her recent Alexis Texas Loves Girls, in addition to Jessie Andrews, Allie Haze Loves Girls, Girl/Boy, Dirty Little Stories 1 & 2, Lesbian Ass Worship 1 & 2.

Hollywood Babylon is probably my favorite thing she's done as a director, followed by Girl/Boy (I'm a fan of playing with gender stereotypes and constructs within the confines of a b/g or g/g scene). As a performer, there's just too many good scenes to mention.

She's got a thread in the Star Crossed forum. You should change the title to make this her Director thread. I agree with you about Alexis Texas Loves Girls. I think that it's the best volume of the entire franchise.

She's really hitting her stride with Sweetheart lately. With Nica Noelle back in the fold, those two inspiring each other is going to be excellent in the future.

^ No, she has released a few titles in the past few months and the trailer for Girl/Boy 2 is up on their site. More likely the slow down just has to do with the general slow down in production in the industry in general.

What I love about Dana as a director and as a performer is she is really committed to trying something different. She's trying to stretch boundaries and explore sexuality, both her own and others. It's great when you see a brilliant mind like that showing off all facets of sexuality, especially her own.
Huge Dana fan and I regret I've only become one recently. But consider me a huge convert to her.

Obviously, Riley would choose her costars, but who you like to see in it? My wish list would be Anikka Albrite, Melissa Moore, Shyla Jennings, and Alexis Texas, assuming that her contract allows it.

Next showcase is for Brandi Love, and they're doing a fan vote to pick the girls. Makes sense since she's a contract girl, but I'd rather have Riley or Shyla Loves Girls instead.

I really like what she's(along with Nica Noelle) done in regards to more integral(bisexual oriented) porn.
What I'd like to see her do(along with Nica if she's still active going forward) is shoot a different type of boy/girl porn primarily involving boy/boy performers. She could call it Xsensual and make it a sister site to Transsensual where boy/boy performers are already being used. It could really change porn for the better.

Director Dana deserves a thread like this one.
In one of my reviews from 2013, I praised a Dana directed Lesbian Adventure flick but I have not really seen anything else.
So, I'll be checking this thread for some recommendations.
