Cares about what? If you're referring to the vague, thus far, unsubstantiated claims made by Terri_Zeek, then the answer is, no one cares. Something a little more reliable than "the ass becomes all loose and stuff" will be necessary to get people to care. If you mean, do we care about the well-being of the performers (and everyone else that likes to engage in a little backdoor fun) then I believe that many people here care. It doesn't appear that you are really concerned with the health of the people involved. If you did, it would seem reasonable that any intelligent person would take a different approach besides posing strange hypothetical questions. I don't have any problem after 5 years of doing it and there is no actual proof that I know of that clearly states anal sex is dangerous. I know smoking is dangerous and that's why I don't smoke. that's why I brought it up, it's a general health concern of mine and I thought it was related to the issue. If something would happen to me and I would develop health problems that are caused by anal sex and a doctor would tell me I had to stop if I want to live I would stop anal sex, yes. There was a neat interview with Betty Dodson recently, by Tristan Taormino, and Betty mentioned that as she got older she was less able to have vaginal intercourse due to the muscles not being as strong but the ass holds up quite well and so she switched to anal intercourse in her 50's, I believe she said. Different assholes probably have different limits. Roxanne Hall's been having anal sex on screen since 1994, and her asshole looked fine the last time I saw it. I really don't think it's going to be a big issue overall. I could be wrong, but I don't think that Katja gets ass fucked 10-15 times a week when she is not working. And even if she is does love it, I'm sure she is not going to maintain that pace for the rest of her life.
