This is weird. The cumshot is from "Deep Throat This #???", but that was just a blowjob scene. The sex must be from North Pole 45. It would be incredibly rare that this cumshot looks identical to the one in Deep Throat This.

I have seen a few scenes in DTT that looked as if they were the BJ footage from a NP scene, or shot at the same time. The Dani Woodward footage was the most glaringly obvious example of this, it looks like the cumshot is the same with more BJ footage in DTT. However, I don't think that it's that widespread in the two series, but it has happened. I've seen all of DTT but only some of the NP titles, so if anyone has seen all of both they might be able to indicate if this is more widespread.
