I had a picture of her where she was wearing the same bikini (which doesn't of course mean it's the same scene) and I believe that the picture was from newsensations.
A question about Daniel(l)a's health in general- maybe some insider (Steve again?) can help... Some time ago it was said that -unfortunately- she still has problems with walking after the accident but also that she has finished her medical studies and works as a doctor. It's difficult to imagine that these two things go together- of course I would wish it for her!
