Now, sure, if you've got any sense you're going to take those comments with a pinch of salt - barring a few noble exceptions for girls like Kami who do just hang out here, most of the porners who post are doing so to promote themselves and many fondly imagine that playing up the up-for-anything nympho-whore persona is the best way of endearing themselves to the porn-buying public. But taking a comment with a pinch of salt doesn't mean you have to reject it out of hand. Certainly the tales that Isabel has told once or twice about being booked for a DP and, in the heat of the moment, demanding a DAP (to the annoyance of her agent since she was still only paid the fee for the dp she'd been booked for originally) suggest that it isn't just pain for some girls at least.

Then you have the girls like Audrey Hollander, Sandra Romain, or Julie Silver who perform DAPs with such regularity that I for one, cynical as I am, find it very hard to believe that all they're getting out of it is pain and a paycheck.

Kelly Wells' comments on another thread are perhaps worth repeating to show how some girls can find pleasure in DAPs even when they do also find it painful:

I'm glad you've found some DP scenes that you like and I'm sorry you have never yet found a DAP scene that you can feel the same way about - but I don't think you can generalise about either in the way that you have.
