I know IAFD is good and everything, but it only gives you the YEAR that the videos were filmed, not a more precise timing. I'd like to know when movies were shot rather than when they were released. Certain movies may be shot earlier than other ones, but be released to the public later because of editing issues etc. For example, a high budget vivid movie may be shot and completed before your typical hardcore gonzo video, but released to the public later than the gonzo video because the editing and special effects take longer. So what i'm looking for is a database that tells me what videos were shot before others. Anyone got any in mind? [Link]

It would take a lot of contribution from the various studios/companies and they would have to do it each time they filmed a scene - some of which may never see the light of day. I don't think you'll find something as detailed as that. [Link]

I guess i can see how it would be too much work for the studios considering that they would even have to keep a record of the videos that never made it to the stores. Also, the studios all reporting to the same source everyday sounds unlikely. I'm just interested in knowing when the videos were shot, so i can look at what the girls look like in their newest vids, and how they've progressed/changed over time. [Link]

The most obvious benefit is being able to find scenes made before a girl got a boob job or other surgery that I didn't like the results of. I used to think this was completely impractical, for reasons listed here, like the fact movies often cobble together scenes shot over some length of time, and the fact that some scenes may sit on the shelf for long periods before being used at all. However, I do believe the law requires companies to keep records of when scenes were actually filmed, to establish that the performers weren't under-age. Therefore, all that needs to happen is for the producers to provide that data to the databases. [Link]
