A sad but normal part of life: porn stars do die. In Naughtia's case, there is still some question whether it was an accident or something else but I guess we'll never really know for sure.
Oh God I had no idea about Rebecca Steele! I was just watching "Black Gold" the other day and just told myself : "What a beautiful woman" and how she was under-employed in the late 80's.
Back in the 1970s, Terri Hall was a favorite of mine, and I was surprised and saddened to learn of her death in this thread. Leslie Glass is listed, too. A Baltimore stripper, I knew her even prior to her appearance in "Penthouse" and subsequent work for Vivid; she was really nice.

Speaking for myself, I`m not able to watch any movies of stars that have died in recent times.Especially in these cases with these tragic deaths of Lea and now most recently Karen Lancaume.And I was a huge fan of Karen.How bout you, any thoughts on this subject?
I still like to watch Naughtia Childs' scenes. She was beautiful, and I don't see any problem admiring her beauty and sexuality today. By putting it on video, they achieve a certain sort of immortality. They remain with us for their fans to admire forever. I don't see a problem with it, but maybe that's due to my viewpoint. If it makes you feel bad, I can understand why you wouldn't want to watch it.
I don't feel uncomfortable watching a sex scene with Rebecca or Savannah. There is inevitably a sense of sadness (I remember crying for a while after I learnt Sevannah had comitted suicide), but that's their legacy, however shallow it may be, and it should be celebrated.
It's always very very sad to read about death of a pornstar. Lea De Mae passing away was really painful to accept. I also remember being crushed when I heard about Kristi Lynn because she use to be a favorite of mine and also because she was the girlfriend of my favorite director.
